If the kids are driving you up the wall this summer, and you find that you're spending most of your time dragging them away from their computer games and the television set, what better way to put a smile on the little blighter's faces than a trip to Disney World on a cruise liner? Just book the tickets, hop aboard, and experience an adventure on the high seas that both you and your kids will never forget! It's the trip of a lifetime, and with plenty of activities both on board and on shore for all the family, the kids (with any luck), will never get bored!

We live in a cynical age, but surely it's still every child's dream to shake hands personally with Mickey Mouse, perhaps the most notorious and loveable of all Walt Disney's characters. Let's face it, who wouldn't want to goof around with goofy and Donald, or be seduced by the timeless beauty and charms of the lovely Snow white? Go on Dads, deep down you know you want to!

There is so much to do at Disneyland that it's all about carefully planning your itinerary to get as much out of the experience as you possibly can. The internet is a great place to look for deals on packages. Sites such as, All seasons travel (allseastravel.com) are worth a look for reductions, and It's always worth checking out some of the 'last minute' websites for bargains.

Whether you're headed to Disneyland in Paris, or Florida or perhaps even as far afield as Japan, Disney cruises cater for everybody. You can choose between a three night cruise up to a seven night cruise, or choose a land and sea vacation, which consists of a three or four night stay in Disneyworld, Florida, followed by a three or four night cruise, to destinations such as Nassau in the Bahamas, Key west In Florida, or the grand Caymans, on the Caribbean cruise itinerary. Saturdays are usually spent at Disney's magical island, 'Castaway Cay' that has a barbecue and beach party throughout the day.

The cruisers provide 'Kids clubs' that are open each day from 9.00 am to midnight, with organised activities available throughout the day. There are activities available for teenagers too (good news for mum and Dad), and the cruisers provide an adult only restaurant /bar and nightclub in which to unwind at the end of a long days sunbathing.

Rooms vary from one and two bedroom suites and family rooms to deluxe 'Staterooms', replete with verandas affording great views over the sea in luxury surroundings. All rooms are spacious, and include T.V. sets and VCR's, with family 'Staterooms' coming across more like mini apartments!

There is so much to offer on a Disney cruise, and it's a great antidote to those long summer breaks when the kids invariably drive you mad! Disney cruises offer you the chance to have a trip of a lifetime, and for your kids to meet all those famous Disney characters. So come on, what are you waiting for!
