Accommodation Alfas Del Pi

Alfas Del Pi has a good range of holiday accommodation 14 hotels, two camp sites, numerous holiday apartment complexes and hundreds of holiday villas with private pools. Local planners have kept strict control of the tourist industry's development so you won't see the skyscrapers and high rise buildings here as you do in neighbouring Benidorm.

You'll find top quality hotels offering the full range of facilities including swimming pools, satellite TV, beauty salons and excellent restaurants. There are two and three star hotels offering a high standard of accommodation and facilities; and there are also several hostals in and around Alfas where you'll get a clean and comfortable room at an exceptionally good price.

One of the best hotels is the Riviera, a four star hotel in Cami Vell del Far on the beachfront at Albir. It's a small hotel, with only 11 rooms, but it has its own swimming pool and a quality restaurant.

If you prefer to be in the town, try the three star Hotel Moli in Calle Calvari another small hotel, with 10 rooms and its own swimming pool. Also in the town you'll find Hotel Mendoza a 38 room hotel in Calle Madrid in the centre of Alfas.

Hotel Europa offers 42 rooms, a good restaurant, swimming pool and parking for guests. You'll find it on Avenida Europa, two kilometres from the town centre and one and a half kilometres from the beach.

The many self catering apartment complexes include the Albir Gardens a beachside complex with excellent facilities. The one bedroom apartments, all with their own kitchens and bathrooms, are suitable for 1 3 people. There are two outdoor swimming pools and an indoor pool, heated in the winter. There's a gymnasium, bar and restaurant all within the complex.

The Playa Albir apartments are just 50 metres from the beach. The 20 apartments have the use of a swimming pool and satellite TV.

The San Marcos apartments are set 800 metres back from the beach in Avenida Sant Marc. There are 12 apartments all with satellite TV. Facilities include a restaurant, swimming pool and parking. There are several "hostals" in the old town and on the outskirts of Alfas. Most of these have en suite facilities, restaurants with good quality local dishes and are very good value for money why not try the El Tiburon Hostal.

Or for a more "Spanish" experience try the Pension Cauet in Plaza Jaume in the town centre. There are just eight rooms but the pension has its own restaurant.

If you're looking for a quality camp site with a good range of facilities, try Camping Cap Blanch at Albir.

Many local agents handle the letting of hundreds of villas which proliferate in and around Albir. For a large group, renting a villa can sometimes work out cheaper than a hotel as you normally pay a set price for the villa, not per person. Most of the villas have private swimming pools so it's a great way to keep the kids entertained.
